The One Step Wellness Solution is suitable for all women aged 40+ at ANY stage of the menopause, whether approaching it, going through it, or experiencing life after menopause.

The One Step Wellness methodology

So how does it all work?

We help you get to the root cause of your symptoms. This is important because instead of suppressing the symptom, for example, taking a paracetamol for a headache, we need to identify why you are getting headaches in the first place. There could be a myriad of reasons – hormonal imbalances, teeth grinding due to stress, high blood pressure etc.

There is no one size fits all and your process will be unique to you, which is why;

Once we have identified why you are feeling as you are, we can then create;

an individualised, tailored plan of lifestyle changes encompassing nutrition, exercise, and mindset practices.

Feeling strong, fit and energised in our midlife is vital, but it needs a new and different approach.

Knowledge is power and when we KNOW better, we DO better. We take positive action!

The good news is that it’s not about fad diets, and long workouts. Its about eating well according to our own personal health issues and exercising smarter.
