This is the premium One Step Wellness package with BOTH professionals working with you across all of the three specialisms listed above.

It’s is 100% personalised and tailored to you, your health, your well-being, and your lifestyle. It is person centred and it is results driven.

Week one. Life coaching one hour session with Lisa

We lay the groundwork for success at this session. The aim is for you to feel relaxed and comfortable with how the One Step Wellness solution works, and to understand your responsibility to take action on any recommended changes. We uncover where you are now and start to explore where you want to exact change.

Week two. Nutritional therapy one hour session with Jo

This initial consultation is a detailed and thorough information gathering appointment and will comprise;

  • Symptoms and how they are presenting including timeline
  • Establishing your nutritional goals
  • Full analysis of your dietary intake (you will be asked to keep a food diary for one week prior to initial consultation)
  • Full case history to identify any systems out of balance such as hormone imbalances, blood sugar dysregulation
  • Food preferences
  • Sleep patterns
  • Relationship with food
  • Lifestyle

Usually within four days of our initial consultation you will receive a detailed nutritional plan. (Exceptions to this four day turnaround might be if we are waiting for any functional testing results where we have deemed this necessary).
It’s designed 100% to be achievable and manageable for you so that you can make any required changes seamlessly and that they will fit with you and your lifestyle.

WEEK THREE. NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION HALF HOUR WITH JO

It’s aim is to check your understanding of the nutritional plan and to answer questions and provide any further support required.

Week four. Life coaching one hour session with Lisa

We formulate a plan and clarify priorities, based on YOUR ideas and vision of balance in life. We will identify any quick wins and establish success habits for behavioural change.

Week five. Personal Training one hour session with Lisa

Not all exercise! But wear your workout gear. We will cover;

  • Any specific health concerns
  • Any exercise or physical activity currently undertaken
  • Exercise goals
  • Narrowing down your goals
  • The right/appropriate exercise for best results
  • Motivation or lack of
  • Time management

We will then get you started with a workout. We begin at your pace so if it’s been a while or you’re new to exercise, don’t worry.

You will be sent a tutorial video and plan to follow within 4 days so that you can continue alongside our face to face sessions

Week six. Nutritional one hour follow up session with Jo

My aim here is to track your progress and collate your results.

Week seven. Life coaching one hour session with Lisa

Wins and positivity. What results are we seeing? What has changed? Overcoming any limiting beliefs and cultivating further possibility. Awareness of potential pitfalls in coming weeks and techniques and tips to support you through these.

Week eight. Joint one hour session with Jo and Lisa

Understanding stress and the role it plays in hormonal balance. Strategies for stress management, improved sleep and other lifestyle changes. How could these be adopted into your new life plan over the next few months?

Week nine. Nutritional follow up one hour session with Jo

This will include; devising shopping lists, recipes, lifestyle hacks that work, and you’ll be given handouts to keep you going.

Week ten. Personal Training one hour session with Lisa

Not all exercise, but wear your workout gear. Review of the plan, successes and results. Now we’re moving on with further progressions as you become fitter and stronger.

Week eleven. Life coaching one hour session with Lisa

Our reward management week where we reflect on success. We address ongoing support from your network and we look at life laundry.
Habit review and success strategy planning. How are we going to maintain progress and maintain change?

Week twelve. Nutritional one hour session with Jo

Nutritional strategies for maintaining your health goals. Keeping it real and keeping it going. How to live your life following the principles adopted in the last 12 weeks.

Additionally within the package you will receive

  • Email and telephone support available with both Jo and Lisa between sessions
  • Developing a positive body image techniques
  • Fresh ideas for recipes for the whole household
  • Tips on useful equipment for home based fitness
