This is a deep dive into confidence.
Why do we lose some of that self-confidence in midlife?
Where did that young woman go who just was fearless? She questioned people, things and stuff, made up her own mind and took action when she knew she needed to?
Very gradually, maybe over a few years that fearlessness has waned. Stuff that was easy before now sets us to over thinking. We procrastinate, we worry and we just don’t feel that girl that we once were.
She’s still in there though.
She just needs reawakening again.

Stressed out you!
The challenges that pull us in different directions at this time of life can have a profound impact on our stress levels. And having cortisol our stress hormone switched on for long periods of time can have a damaging impact on our minds and our bodies.
We will look at understanding where the stress is impacting your daily life and work on strategies to make effective lasting changes to put things right. I’ll take you through a series of exercises to uncover what’s happening and then we will readdress the balance with appropriate mind/body tools and techniques.

I’ll provide you with tools, exercises and motivating ideas to keep you focussed, on track, moving forward and gearing up for results;
